Pitchflo Inc. (“Pitchflo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our creators, studio users, and their prospective clients.
1. Information We Collect
When you register for Pitchflo, create an interactive proposal, or interact with a published presentation, we collect information necessary to deliver the service:
- Account Credentials: Full name, professional title, studio name, email address, and encrypted authentication tokens.
- Proposal & Portfolio Content: Text, images, pricing tables, milestones, case study assets, and custom agency branding.
- Client Presentation Telemetry: Proposal open timestamps, section dwell time, milestone selections, in-pitch comments, and e-signature audit metadata (name, email, IP address, timestamp).
- Technical Data: Browser type, operating system, device category, and standard HTTP logs for security and performance diagnostics.
2. How We Use Information
We process collected data exclusively for authorized business purposes:
- Providing the living proposal editor, real-time collaboration, and client delivery portal.
- Delivering real-time presence notifications and section dwell telemetry to the proposal creator.
- Executing legally-binding electronic signature certificates under ESIGN/UETA standards.
- Dispatching transactional notifications (such as proposal acceptance alerts or booking reminders via Resend).
- Preventing abuse, rate-limit violations, unauthorized account access, and security threats.
3. Data Isolation & Sub-Processors
Pitchflo employs strict multi-tenant isolation. Creator workspaces, pitches, and analytics are logically separated by user identifiers. We utilize enterprise-grade sub-processors under strict data protection agreements:
- Google Cloud / Firebase: Secure authentication and encrypted cloud database storage.
- Cloudflare & Vercel: Global edge delivery, CDN caching, and DDoS mitigation.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery for alerts and client confirmations.
4. Your Rights & Data Portability
You maintain full ownership of your data. Under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data privacy regulations, you have the right to:
- Export Data: Download a full machine-readable JSON export of your workspaces, proposals, and analytics at any time via Dashboard Settings.
- Rectify Information: Edit your profile, branding, and proposal content at will.
- Account Deletion: Permanently delete your account and all associated proposals and assets via Settings → Danger Zone.
